Honest tradeoffs: who this plate is not for

This wall relief is made of real metal with defined geometric corners. While all edges are tumbled to eliminate burrs, the corners are geometric and sharp. It should be mounted out of head-bump reach in narrow hallways and is not recommended for children’s bedrooms.

Furthermore, installing the magnetic standoffs requires four small screw holes in your wall. If you reside in rental housing where drilling small screw holes is prohibited, you will need to utilize high-strength picture-hanging strips instead of the magnetic system, which reduces the shadow offset.
